This User Agreement is a contract between you and UvinaFlip for use of the Fieldcraft Loop features in the UvinaFlip app: map courses, trail tasks, field logs, your outdoor profile, the library timeline, and the field store.

1. What UvinaFlip is — and is not
UvinaFlip is a personal practice notebook for outdoor skills. It is not a licensed guide, medical provider, rescue dispatcher, or navigation instrument you should rely on in an emergency.
- Map courses (camping, hiking, fire, water, first aid, avoidance) are quick-reference drills. Follow local laws, land rules, and weather.
- When to Stop, Decision Check, and Safety Notes are reminders. You decide whether to go, delay, or turn back.
- First-aid material is field practice only — not diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.
- Drafted Safety Conclusions, Go/No-Go Briefs, and After-Action Notes are editable text. Review them before you trust them on the trail.
You are responsible for your own safety, companions, kit, and decisions outdoors.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use UvinaFlip on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the App Store terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app or its course content except as allowed by law.
3. Your trail folder
You keep rights to photos, audio memos, and notes you create. You grant us a limited license to store them on device and, if you request a draft, to send the related text to the writing service solely to return a draft to you.
Do not log other people’s private data without permission. Do not upload unlawful, violent, or sexually explicit material.
4. Trail coins and supply packs
- Trail coins are a virtual balance used only inside Fieldcraft Loop.
- New folders may receive a starter cache so you can try drafts without buying first.
- Optional drafts cost 20 coins each: Safety Conclusion, Go/No-Go Brief, After-Action Note. You can write every note for free.
- Supply packs are consumable in-app purchases billed by Apple. Prices are shown in your local store currency.
- Coins have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and are not transferable between Apple IDs.
- If a draft request fails, coins for that attempt are refunded to the local balance.
- Refunds of Apple charges follow Apple’s refund rules. Erasing your trail folder removes the local coin cache.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app to plan harm, trespass, or illegal activity.
- Treat generated drafts as professional outdoor or medical orders.
- Attempt to attack, scrape, or overload our services or the writing service.
- Impersonate others or store a trail folder for a child under 13.
6. Trail folder
Leave Camp returns you to the start screen and keeps field notes on the device. Erase Trail Folder permanently deletes local logs, media, and coins. That step cannot be undone.
7. Availability
Courses, tasks, and local notes work without a writing-service connection. Optional drafts and some Settings actions need a network. We may change courses, coin prices (via App Store), or features with notice in the app where required.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that courses are complete, that drafts are accurate, or that the app will prevent injury, loss, or getting lost. Outdoor activity involves inherent risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, UvinaFlip and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for injury, delay, or loss arising from trail decisions, kit lists, audio memos, or drafted notes. Our total liability for claims relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for supply packs in the three months before the claim, or ten US dollars, whichever is greater. Some places do not allow these limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the minimum the law requires.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access if you break this Agreement or misuse the service. Sections that should survive (license limits, coins, disclaimers, liability) remain in effect.
11. Changes
We may update this Agreement. The effective date will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the update. If you do not agree, Leave Camp and stop using the app.
